Senior Specialist, Unix & OSS/NMS Administrator, Domain Architect I understand call flow and signalling between nodes, interfaces, packet and circuit switched networks. I understand and analyze functionality of different telecom components. Although I have a general understanding on radio and transmission side, I am more proficient on core network.

In addition, I have a deep experience in IT side as well and I have a huge experience on Solaris and Veritas products (volume management, clustering, backup and disaster recovery), secondary on Linux, followed by Windows and Storage. Huawei Smartcare Customer Experience Management (CEM) & PS Probe Huawei Smartcare CEM manages experience across the customer lifecycle by associating QoE, service quality and network performance and creates customer centricity, superior experience, and efficiency. I’m responsible for all installation, configuration and integration to network 120+ servers and 30+ Storage on 7 different area in Turkey. Probe servers are integrated with network and implemented to streeming Packet Switch trafics post installation.

Argela NPM & CS Probe

Argela Network Performance Monitoring (NPM) tool analyze & records network signalling, collects the KPIs and countersreal-time by sniffing the communication passing through the network. This Project includes 75 servers and 24 storages on 5 different site at Avea locatiıns in Turkey. I’m responsible for all installation, configuration, optimisation and operation of Hardware and Rhel 6.3 OS. I also managed the integration to LDAP, SMSC, EMAIL Servers and backup and security procedures of all these servers at Avea.
