I have over thirteen years of experience in regulatory and environmental consulting and industry providing a broad range of environmental services, including air, water, and waste. I have valuable experience in all environmental media, with a strong concentration in environmental planning and operations to upstream onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities. Waste experience includes identifying hazardous and nonhazardous waste, corporate, federal and state reporting for CESQG, SQG and LGQG facilities, handling and disposing of NORM waste and other waste regulatory compliance. Water experience includes the LPDES permitting, Stormwater Prevention Pollution Plans (SWPPP), DMR reporting, Hydrostatic Discharge Permit and reporting, 7Q10 surface water availability studies, COE Section 10 permitting and other water regulatory compliance. Air experience includes SOGA, Minor Source and Act 547 Exemption permitting and other air regulatory compliance.

Contact for environmental compliance and management of air/water/waste compliance in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements;

Waste management and record keeping - inventory/characterize waste streams, track manifesting and disposal of wastes;

Spill response - respond to releases, conduct investigations, coordinate source control, containment and remediation;

Responsible for environmental compliance for all operations (drilling, workover, completion, operations, production, land, construction, etc.);

Develop and manage environmental management system programs related to stormwater, SPCC, surface management, and waste for state and federal regulatory requirements;

Assist the company with ISO 14001 Certification by implementing programs related to the Surface Management position by maintaining and improving the environmental system. Also assisting Business Units with internal audits to ensure the environmental management system is in place within the US division;

Work closely on a day-to-day basis with Drilling, Construction, Mid-Stream and Production Operations personnel on site selection, design, construction and repair decisions and planning;

Coordinate reporting and response to regulatory agencies (where required) in the event of regulatory exceedances, penalties, inquiries or other issues

Provide guidance for environmental initiatives on site (i.e., spill response and clean-up)

Implement and conduct on-site environmental assessments and compliance reviews as part of a team of operations personnel or EHS staff;

Placement position with a natural gas company involved in the Haynesville Shale as an Environmental Coordinator for Louisiana production facilities and pipelines. Ensured environmental compliance (air, water, waste, etc.) with regards to drilling, workover, completion, operations, production, land, construction, etc.;

Prepare and submit LPDES Permit Applications and other regulatory reporting requirements in accordance with state and federal guidelines;
