Mechanical Engineer

Designed all rugged sheet metal enclosures for wireless communication product line. Worked with Purchasing and suppliers to create user friendly designs to meet the requirements of the customer.

Created die cast, plastic injected and sheet metal accessory products to meet the needs of the broadcast and football market.

Utilized in house 3D printer and outside SLA models to prove and present designs before committing to tooling.

Constructed internal cable assembly instructions for Production along with documentation for routing. The clear and concise instructions improved assembly quality by 25%.

Product testing for water resistance, rated temperature and impact. Create in house testing procedures.

Using the 3D models of the product, implemented in house assembly instructions, torque specifications and exploded views for warranty replacement parts.
