The existing COTS Treasury System of Oracle Finance Application was integrated with BESPOKE modules – ERP and Pension

The project was implemented with a risk based project scoping and implementation approach for the Software and then migrating high risk based servers.

The application was fine tuned to meet very high-end performance goals as close to 600,000 Government employees access it on ongoing basis, because of this success it was awarded as the best project of the state in the Year 2015.

Role: Tier III Data Centre Implementation and Operation Project Management in Waterfall model Project Cost : $12M USD Project Implementation Duration : 24 Months

Successfully implemented all Hardware, Software and Network modules of Tier III Data Centre and mitigated from 12 months slippage [before I joined] to less than 8 months slippage [after I joined] on Go Live.

Mainframe High transaction oriented and very stable system but as the system was a legacy system adaptability implementation at client side was a major challenge in the project, this was overcome by taking an incremental approach of technology updating including reports to Business Object Reports.

TRIAD had a very lean head count and geographically distributed team, thereby ensuring every person was SPOF, this put a lot of limitation on process implementation of coherence between members. I could overcome this in a phased manner stabilization of technology and geography.
