Career Summary:
I strongly believe that my 25 years career has given me sufficient exposure to the different customs,
cultures and way of life here. I have a thorough understanding of the concepts and principles of
accounting and collections as they relate to financial phases; a complete understanding of the importance
of customer service in achieving goals. My compassion, dedication, hard work and understanding of the
importance of both the organizations and employees well-being make me a great asset to the company.
During my time at UCLA (22 years of service in 3 different departments), I was able to succeed in saving
time and increase productivity by diligent and thorough processing a years worth of payroll and
accounting matters (like NIH grants, etc) in just over a month. As a student loans collector, I was also
highly efficient with my due diligence in collecting debts while still maintaining dignity and respect to
borrowers. My caregiving skills often rendered me one of, if not the favorite amongst the residents and
their families because of my compassion and high-regard for another human life. While in school, I was
active in the theatre guild and while involved with Herbalife, spoke on stage to hundreds of people so I
was able to hone in on public speaking.
