Event Planning Experience:

• Coordinate with a team of event professionals in the development and execution of all client events, including seminars and social events prepared in New York as well as events planned in Mexico City, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Santiago, Buenos Aires, London, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago and Palo Alto. Liaison with venues for management of all contracts associated with an event, room set-up, audio/visual, banquet services, and security. Coordinate and track all client meetings and social events surrounding the main event. • Manage all internal event logistics, including conference space, catering orders, audio-visual requirements and maintenance. Prepare and communicate a high level workplan to ensure all deadlines are met on events. Periodic status updates to all VIP's.

• Coordinate and manage all simultaneous webcasts associated with a seminar. Develop branded landing page with internal graphic designers and external webcast provider. Upload and test presentation materials and track registrations. Control booth management for live broadcasts, respond to questions received from online participants and direct simultaneous slide advancement over the web.

• Coordinate with internal graphic designers on the development of firm announcements, seminar invitations for internal and external seminars and events, annual holiday card, promotional giveaways and client gifts.

• Manage all sporting events, concerts and other performances for the firm’s suite at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, including distribution of electronic tickets to clients, catering and onsite supervision.

• Manage and distribute of the firm’s sports tickets to clients for the New York Yankees. Research, negotiate and purchase tickets to key sporting events such as U.S. Open Tennis; U.S. Open Golf, World Series, Super Bowl and World Cup as needed.

• Coordinate private and semi-private dining space for special event use by clients and internal social functions for various practice groups at restaurants and venues across New York City. Research venues for events and dining outside of New York City as needed.
