New Corporate Intranet Project: Lead project to implement the corporate integrated intranet infrastructure and built a single portal to be used by the Trillium, Credit Valley and Queensway hospitals This portal currently serves 5,000 end users. This implementation reported savings of $500,000 per year due the unification of the Clinical applications.It also improved in 40% the use of other applications that currently support the three Hospitals.

New Payroll System Project: Lead project to implement a new online payroll web application for three hospitals. This implementation involved infrastructure, deployment, enhancements and new development for the integrated payroll system. This implementation reduced 50% of the use of the resources in Finance. It reported $300,000 in savings per year.

Medirex Project: Implemented a document scanning solution for pharmacy prescriptions which reduced patient risk by 80% and improved the accuracy of the distribution of prescriptions for the three hospital pharmacies (Trillium, Credit Valley and Queensway).

Paradigm Document Consolidation Project: Lead project to integrate two document management systems as part of the consolidation of the three hospitals. This project centralized the document management system which positively impacted the document administration and infrastructure. The use of this centralized document sytem reported savings of $350,000 per year and reduced 50% of the use of similar processes and procedures.

New Risk and Incident Management System Project: Lead a project to deploy a new Risk and Incident Management system at the Trillium, Credit Valley and Queensway hospital which improved risk and incident management processing rate by 70% across the three hospitals as well as the use of their infrastructure.
