A. Led a 3 member HR team and was responsible for HR operations for 2 locations with total employee strength of 500+ (line and delivery cadre)

Key Responsibilities:

o Talent Acquisition - Determining human capital requirement, sourcing and selection of members

o Performance Management - Communication, Review, Linking performance to compensation & recognition and Identifying developmental needs o Grievance Handling - Periodic meetings with line members to understand their concerns and proactively manage them

o Prepare and Manage Employee Related Data (Recruitment, Retention, Performance Management, Compensation, Productivity etc.) to be shared monthly and use statistics for predictive analytics.
