Work Experience

Manager – Administration at Amplifon India Pvt. Ltd., Sec-44, Gurgaon since 6th Aug 2012 till date, Heading the entire gamut of Administration, Facility Management, Infrastructure Development, Travel, Transport, Contract Management, Statutory Compliance liasoning with Govt/Police, Embassy etc. for clinics spread across 170 branches (Corporate Clinics/Hospital clinics) over 40 cities.

Key duties/ Responsibilities

Ensuring that the administrative services function participate in the implementation of the

Organizations’ vision

Exercise administrative judgment and assume responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results having an impact on people, costs, and/or quality of service within functional area

Responsible for administrative operations for the Head office, Clinics, including but not limited to, office and administrative support, communications support, and project management support

Responsibilities include all the areas of Project Management from Technical Validation of Site, Property Acquisitions, Lease Registrations, Infrastructure Budgets, Project Work Contracts, Layouts, Designs & Drawings, Project Executions ensuing meeting the Quality and standard laid by the organization across PAN India.

Develop and recommend administrative processes and procedures to assure efficiency

Identify and resolve administrative problems and issues

Articulate clearly the achievements and challenges of the administrative services functions to the other functions of the organization

Manage the Admin. functions fiscal resources in a prudent and financially responsible manner

Provide functional inputs in the preparation of the company’s annual budget

Achieve financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances

Improving service quality by devising new applications; updating procedures; evaluating system results with users

Manages on-going financial, operational, and staffing activities of the department

Administering office operations and coordinating logistic requirements for the office on day-to-day basis

Maintain and keep the record of inventory of the Office equipment and goods for the project office/company

Development and formulation of all admin/project policies and procedures that are implemented and applied all around Business travel, Hotel bookings, Cafeteria Management m Space management, Housekeeping&, Security services, Project Management, Front office operations.

Purchase materials and products by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality and delivery; approving invoices across PAN india Level for all Clinics & Head office

Implement and monitor support services, including procurement of supplies and services; transport, travel & communications and provision of local utilities and tender requirements

Managing Third party payroll agency

Operate and coordinate maintenance/servicing of office equipment such as telephones, copier, fax machine, scanners, etc.

Arrangement for employees’ travel, lodging, transportation, etc. across PAN India.

Coordinates activities by proper planning of work assignments/meetings, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.

Arrangement of Yearly Conference on a PAN India Level

Locate and compile information and format reports, graphs, tables, records, and other sources of information

Establish and maintain organized paper and electronic filing systems according to office procedures to ensure the expeditious retrieval of information

Process invoices and other miscellaneous payments for the department

Responding to department inquiries (mail, phone, email) including communication

Provide expert guidance and leadership to more junior staff and others on management
