"I had the pleasure of working with Steven on a complete redesign of the company intranet at Aleris (on the Sharepoint 2013 platform). Steven's ability to listen to ALL of our input on design direction (and there were many of us with many opinions!) was simply amazing. He listens carefully, goes back and works his magic, and somehow comes back with precisely what we were looking for! The UX/UI experience was a total success due in large part to Steven's uncanny ability to put it all together in a way that made everyone happy. With design being such a subjective experience I find this remarkable! Steven also put in so many hours to hit our timelines and easily (or so it seemed) handled requested design "tweaks" right up to the last minute. I know he was juggling many projects at the time and it was much appreciated. He not only comes back with what you requested, but he even mocks it all up so you can see how it will look when you've applied the files to the design. He is a design "partner" helping with his valuable insights along the way. I would be very happy indeed to work with Steven again on any UX/UI design project!"

Amy Rockwood, Sharepoint Services Team Lead, Aleris, worked with Steven at Aleris International, Inc.

"Steven supported my team from a creative design perspective on the rebranding of our company intranet which leveraged SharePoint and launched in the Summer of 2014. His giftedness in the visual arts ensured that our final product was not only technically sound...but was also aesthetically pleasing to our employees and aligned with our branding strategy. In addition, Steven also helped coordinate an effort early on in the formation of our IT leadership team through leadership profiles which included Steven having to gain 'smiles' through photographing key leadership personalities to create a directory of the team. Steven is thoughtful, very creative and has a knack for listening to his customers to deliver visual deliverables that meet deadlines and exceed expectations."

Mark Macioce, Director, Global Information Technology, Aleris, worked with Steven at Aleris International, Inc.

"I have worked with Steven for past 4 years, and without a doubt he is one of the most creative, talented and resourceful people I have known. Whether it is developing web-sites or sales aids or targeted marketing collateral, he not only brings a high level of creativity, but strives to focus on understanding project needs and overall business scope. This comprehensive approach always adds tremendous value to his work, bringing forth a level of excellence which is not easy to find in the generic marketing and advertising space." Page7

Vijay Suri, Senior Manager, Global Marketing - Automotive & Heat Exchangers, Aleris, worked directly with Steven at Aleris International, Inc.

"Steven was an absolute professional and joy to work with. Steven has produced graphics and posters for training programs I oversaw and did an excellent job in producing the product. Steven is not only a perfectionist but he was able to execute the ideas exceptionally and offered great suggestions to improve upon what was initially requested. I would highly recommend Steven and his work product."

Sandra Marie Jackson BSBA, MBA, Training and Development Specialist, Aleris, worked with Steven at Aleris International, Inc.

"Steven is one of the most creative people that I have had the pleasure working with. He has created top notch marketing support materials such as catalogs, sell sheet brochures and newsletters. During our tradeshow season has created award winning show room displays. His creative mind and focus on details give him the edge he needs. He would be an asset to any organization."

Kathy Balzer, was Steven's client

"Since Steven has been with our company, he has produced many outstanding marketing materials to be used for customer relations, business development and has developed our company newsletter. Our product catalog was a tremendous undertaking and he "went over the top". Excellent employee, works the hours needed to meet deadlines. Detailed oriented and a perfectionist! Would be an asset to any company."

Debbie Matthews, worked directly with Steven at Aleris International, Inc.

"Steven was an excellent employee and performed all of his duties while working for me, in a way that always met or exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend him for this type of work."
