I am grateful for the opportunity to send my Resume to Software Galaxy System. I will do what I can to assist your company in utilizing my skills of Honesty and Hard Work to be a benefit to you.

I have AP Chemistry, CC Trigonometry, and CC Pre-Calculus College Credits. Mathematics is my strongest subject. I would be able to follow Calculations and Directions proficiently.

I worked hard for two years for Danville Services to which I accredit my gaining of such skills. I utilized Patience, and Honest Hard Work to accomplish what was known as "an exerting and difficult task". They enjoyed my service that within two months of my hiring, I was acknowledged within upper management that I would be commented about in the other districts throughout the valley because of the difficult task accomplished.

I have worked with Food Handling, Food Packaging, and Food Serving for 6 years’ experience. I know how to maintain safe and hygiene requirements for Production.

I have 3 years’ experience in warehouse, production, and packaging between Intercon Distribution and Volunteering at Welfare Square/Deseret Soap. I had to use computer email and printing labels for Intercon Distribution products. The products were wooden furniture products and soap/cleanser products. At Welfare Square, I processed and packaged food products. I would use the same skills for Software Galaxy System.

I would do the same for Software Galaxy System because I make decisions based on not only what would benefit me, but also what would benefit the company, management, my fellow coworkers, and the beneficiaries of the company.

Yours Truly,

Tyler Joseph Spencer

To Whom It May Concern:

I enjoyed giving selfless service to my enjoyed time with Danville Services/Taylorsville Program. My job title was Direct Support Staff in providing assistance for Three Mentally Handicapped Individuals with Daily Living Activities, such as: Housekeeping, Cooking, Assisting with Hygiene, Assisting with medications, Assisting with Wholesome Recreational Activities, Assisting with Medical Complications and Seizures, and Redirectment of Behaviors. I was employed with the company during August 2007 until August 2009, where I voluntarily declined employment to better further my career opportunities.

This was my first employment I have had. In the time two years I experienced such assistance, I accomplished this amazing feat:

1)I was originally hired for the assistance of a particular individual. This individual had particular assistance in morning DLAs to go to his workshop, including:

a)Getting up for work became an hour and a half exertion.

b)Refusing breakfast except possibly a granola bar of pop tart eaten in the car.

c)Requiring assistance with other staff to take time from their assigned individuals.

d)Refusing medications unless offered repeatedly.

e)Requiring “help tools” to persuade with such as pop money and/or the promise of a car ride.

f)I observed some staff gave empty promises to the individual so he would get up; I never accepted such promises as necessary or helpful by making sure I completed any promise I made.

After two to four months, I exerted hard work and effort to assist the individual in his changing behavior:

a)Getting up for work became a half hour enjoyable time with the individual allowing one hour of extra needed sleep.

b)Accepting a bowl of cereal and fruit with breakfast at the table with the two other individuals.

c)I needed no other assistance with the other staff so they could focus on their individuals.

d)Accepting medications on the first or second offer.

e)Individual was forgetting the “help tools” and governing himself; He still was able to participate in having the pop money and the car rides.

f)Empty promises were no longer needed.

I enjoyed the employment for other reasons. I include the names and numbers of the Director, Manager, and two Coworkers who can verify this information.

Program Director Robert (Bobby) Anderson: 801-***-**** extension 105; 801-***-****

Program Manager Michelle Aguilera: 801-***-****; 801-***-****

Coworker Sherry Montoya: 801-***-****

Coworker Asiya Ahmed: 801-***-****

Thanks for your time. I enjoy giving such time to my Employers, Coworkers, and Mankind.
