Objective: Convert batch transmissions from Citi to BMO servers and systems new book of record (TSYS) and to manage change effectively as it applied to the new Business Operating Model (BOM).
Diner's Credit Card North America-Western Union Conversion/Online Personal Payments (CAM)
Objective: Build a new online payment product used by clients and BMO Travel and Expense Administrators.
Diner's Credit Card North America - Harris Bank Master Service Agreement
Objective: Create a new Master Service Agreement between BMO and Harris Bank including cost modeling, schedules working with legal, risk, fraud, compliance and all service areas.
Responsibilities:
Confidently brought calm consideration (and fun) into the mix whilst simultaneously keeping pace with the challenging demands of many significantly diverse and complex IT and business projects
