I majored in Culture of Language because I am very passionate about languages and education. I already have some work experience, having worked as a Chinese teacher for foreign expats living in Beijing( PALM Chinese School) for almost 2 years, I also have the certificate of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language. Furthermore, I supplemented my studies at Beijing Union University with courses on Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language at Beijing Language and Culture University. For these reasons I am aware of many of the dynamics involved in teaching and learning a foreign language, which will certainly be valuable for my future career and also makes me to be a great tutor. My concentration here is educational leadership, I worked as a volunteer teaching assistant for Chinese class in Buffalo State College because I am eager to expand my horizons and pursue studies outside of China both to improve myself and my academic credentials, but also to be able to develop unique skills that can be applied in China or abroad in the future.
