Recruitment and Selection

Participates in the hiring process including short listing candidates, interview scheduling, conducting pre-screening phone interviews, and administered onsite panel interviews.

Coach and follow-up with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process

Verifies external inquiries relating to background checks for past employees and prepares verification of employment letters for current employees.
