About 24 years total experience in Oil Industry, of which about initial 4years in Well Completions / Workovers / Production Testing/ & rest in HSE Management in Drilling /Operations /Oilfield Services. I have 5 years offshore HSE experience

DETAILS OF EXPERIENCE:

September 2014 to date working as Drilling HSE Advisor on Saudi Aramco Drilling Projects on site Drilling Rigs.

Worked for KOC – Kuwait Oil Company as Drilling HSE Specialist from Oct 2013 to July 2014.

Since June 2011 till October 2013 worked for Dalma Energy – Oman as HSE Manager in Sultanate of Oman .worked on accident prevention /reduction programme, Behavior Based Safety. Analysis and Trend setting of incidents performance. Managing all HSEQ issues through web based software programme. Focus on implementation of Company HSE MS at field level.

May 2005 to May 2011 :6Yrs worked for Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Co. LLC a Drilling /Workover Company in Oman for Drilling / Workover Contract with Petroleum Development Oman as QHSE Manager. Have been involved in Safety Management of all the operations, setting up and implementing a robust and workable HSE MS. Single point responsibility for implementing and guiding the Line Management in fulfillment / compliance of HSE MS requirements - to the full satisfaction of the Clients and the company’s own HSE Policy aspirations.

Worked for Saudi Aramco (Direct Hire) as Safety Advisor for Drilling &Workover Department (Division 1 Saudi Aramco Rigs), from September 2004 to April 2005. Was responsible for offshore jack-up rigs and land rigs HSE.Involved in all the aspects of Rig (Onshore & offshore) Evaluations, Inspections, Emergency Response, Audits, Rig Equipment, and H2S Safety Systems. Lot of emphasis on Accident prevention on rigs

Management of HSE, advise the Operations Dept on matters of HSE.

Accident Prevention Emergency Response, Accident Reporting, I have

been involved in writing Safety / HSE Case for Marmul Asset in PDO for its

Operations, using a software called THESIS.

October 1993 until July-1995: Worked as HSE Advisor for Shell – AFPC on Syria Onshore Oil Operations – Seconded by UES. For Tanak and Thayyem Fields.

January 1990 until March-1993 : (OFFSHORE – Abu Dhabi)

Worked for ADOC (Offshore Abu Dhabi) as Well Head Operator(Involved in well stimulations, choke operations, well testings)

March 1988 until January 1990(OFFSHORE – BOMBAY) :

Worked for Indian National Oil Company, ONGC through secondment, as

Junior Production Engineer in field of Production / Process, Sub-Surface

Operations, Workovers/ Completions etc. Work involved assisting the

Supervisors in matters of Well Completions / Work Over, testing of all the

down hole equipment. Well Head Maintenance and Operations. Offshore

production platforms in the entire first stage 3 Phase Separation Process, Well

Head Operations etc.
