Development manager for a phased approach initiative to incorporate the new Azamara brand into the existing Royal Caribbean Siebel applications. All integration points were analyzed to propose a code solution that allows these components to dynamically handle additional new Royal Caribbean brands in the future. This $750k project was completed on schedule and 10% below budget.

Managed the development of a global Supplier Specification and Management System (SSMS). This $3.5M+ project is comprised of nearly 50 team members including an offshore development team.
Phase 2 of this project was completed under budget and on-time and was the keynote presentation at the annual Burger King Global Supplier Conference. The project was awarded the annual Burger King Golden Crown award for outstanding achievement.
Responsibilities include Project Management Office (PMO) structured oversight along with Mercury Interactive Quality Center based testing, user training and user signoff on critical releases.

Responsible for the development of a new proprietary CIM system developed under the Microsoft .net platform.
