•Established the Edge preparation of various styles (“P”, “D”,”J”, etc…) for Tubes, pipes & plates.

•Certified for suggesting the change in tool design through effective analysis on tool metallurgy and geometry, thereby increasing the tool life upto 65%.

•Cycle time reductionupto 85% in performing the tube ID boring operation in universal drilling machine instead of lathe.

•Design the cartridge for “P-Style” EP (Edge Preparation) tool under careful examination along with tool makers thereby tool leads to increase the machine utilization.

•Assisted for making the boring bar for radial drilling machine and successfully established the operation in fist time.

•and established the burner used for pre-heating the drum plate by Reverse Engineering Method.
