Lead Information management (IM) team is responsible for the acquisition of information from one or more sources, the custodianship and the distribution of that information to those who need it, and its ultimate disposition through archiving or deletion. SharePoint Administration and configuration:
oDesign, configure, administer and maintain SharePoint servers (web front end, application and database) and any development or staging environments as well as build and implement custom SharePoint pages, portals, dashboards, and workflows using SharePoint Designer and other commonly associated tool sets.
oTroubleshoot problems, research and evaluate fixes as they relate to the client side of SharePoint.
oAssist the Systems Admin team as needed with operations and maintenance of physical and virtual servers, storage area networks (SANs), and network devices across multiple domains.
oAssist the systems administrators with the required patches that should be installed in our SharePoint different farms
oDesign, evaluate, document, assess, and implement changes to existing pages.
oDesign/develop process documents and best practice for various technologies as database administration and SharePoint, review process documents as a part of our evergreen processes.

2.Security gate-pass system: Automated Gate-pass Enterprise solution designed to reduce the work effort done by security team, joint operations division and business partner contractors, provide historical information for all gate passes (personal & Vehicle), holding a list of employees and contractor working in JO even who working for temporary projects, Allow company’s representative to submit all requests from company place before come to JO, send reminders based on the priority of each request, Automate the workflow done by security team.
Provide Easily way to update and maintain administrative data as company, contracts, JO Areas, Card Types, Employee blacklist, JO Department, JO Divisions, Vehicle and vehicle drivers.
Print different HID card template based on gate-pass type with a Bar-code to be recognized easily using a Bar-code reader or any future gate-pass controller.
3.South fawaris system: windows application works at Saudi Ariba ports to record in/out transaction for personal and vehicle, verify identity against encrypted data exported from gate-pass system.
