Validation Technician Consultant

Develop, author, and execute validation installation, operational and performance qualification protocols per Herbalife requirements and applicable regulatory specifications.

Perform assigned duties and assists Validation Manager with validation planning, scheduling, and SOP preparation and training.

Projects included cook optimization and grain thru process tracking whereby conducting routine product fines, moisture, and YSI sucrose analysis, and frosting applications, all related to food quality monitoring procedures.

Supported operations by implementing food quality and safety improvements while applying SQF, GMP/GLP, and HACCP guidelines and procedures throughout manufacturing processes.

Assisted with start-up validation for oatmeal production which included the collection of production samples and the recording of data for further analysis.

Provided support and assistance to Process Engineers with Black Belt Certifications and other continuous improvement projects.

Gathered data for brix correlation studies for frosted flakes to determine the quality and concentration of frosting applications. Performed fines analysis for frosted wheat to evaluate the quality of the cook and bake processes of the production procedure.
