Express Scripts, Inc. (through IBM). Pharmacy Point of Sale System. Environment: IBM Mainframe, DB2, CICS, COBOL. Analysis, development. All ESI clients are being migrated to the F14 system. Create design documents, create mainframe applications to convert ESI data and integrate into the F14 system. SWAT team reporting on research for database integrity. Enhancements to the Red Line system, including new Dashboard DB2 application.

TEK Systems, April 2011 – October 2011. Consultant:

J P Morgan Chase, Tampa, FL: Large EBT System servicing approximately 26 states and territories. Environment: Tandem COBOL, Visio, Word and Excel. Analysis and documentation for existing reporting procedures, preparation of specifications for enhancing rewrite being developed on server-based platform using relational database and commercial reporting software. Participation in peer review of all design documents.

Open Systems Technologies, March 2009 – September 2010. Consultant:

J P Morgan Chase, Tampa, FL: Liquidity System. Involved in boarding of new acquisition. Environment: IBM Mainframe, DB2, CICS, COBOL. Extensive analysis and development of DB2 CICS and batch processes including all documentation for these changes. Worked to create new DB2 Stored Procedures for date modification in test environments. Participated in development for several mini-release. Liquidity is a high profile area involving clients with multi-million dollar accounts.

Ajilon Consulting, November 2007 – June 2008. Consultant;

Franklin Templeton, St. Petersburg, FL: Expansion to Titan, the shareholder accounting system used primarily for international business. Environment: IBM Mainframe, COBOL, CICS, VSAM. Team member of the expansion effort to modernize the TITAN global system. Expanded specified fields in VSAM masters, flat files and Bitmaps. Unit tested, string tested and system tested. This system accounts for all foreign account holders and accounts in foreign currencies.

HSBC. November 2002 – November 2007. Sr. Analyst – Business Systems – CIF/CRM.

Banking / Financial: Multiple Account Relationship System / Customer Information System / Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Data Layer, : Environment: IBM Mainframe, COBOL, DB2, CICS. Project Lead for enhancements and related systems implemented by Off-shore personnel. Created and managed all documentation throughout the life of each CRM project. These systems accessed the customer account systems of all business units and transformed their data to common formats for use in the Enterprise Data Layer and the Customer Relationship Management System and to share among other business units on an as-needed basis. Worked directly with users in Compliance (OFAC and PEPS) to leverage CRM data for screening customers. This effort involved new development. Developed requirements and processes for user acceptance by management of many Business Units (Consumer Lending, Credit Card, Retail Services, Refund Lending, Mortgage Services, and others). Developed new releases of the on-line MARS (CRM) application in conjunction with other team members. Represented the MARS / EDL area on large scale development projects involving many Business Units. Developed new COBOL / DB2 processes that integrated with the Multiple Account Relationship System and Enterprise Data Layer processing.

PF1 Professional Services. March – May, 2002; January, 2001 – June, 2001. Consultant.

Syniverse, Tampa, FL - Telecommunications Clearinghouse system: Environment: IBM Mainframe, MVS/TSO/ISPF, BatchPipes, COBOL, DB2, FileAid, FileAid for DB2, VSAM. Worked on ACCESS S and E, the clearinghouse for GSM cell phone roamer charges. Enhancements to reporting of Roamer, Summary and Reject Summary files.

Syniverse, Tampa, FLTelecommunications Clearinghouse system: Environment: IBM Mainframe, MVS/TSO/ISPF, BatchPipes, COBOL, DB2, FileAid, FileAid for DB2, VSAM. Worked on ACCESS, the clearinghouse for cell phone roamer charges.

Ajilon Services, April, 1994 – October, 1999. Consultant. These were the contracts:

State Government Medicaid System: Environment: IBM Mainframe, MVS/TSO/ISPF, COBOL II / MVS COBOL, FileAid, ROSCOE. Worked on the Y2K modifications and testing of the system. Testing required a full parallel of each process. This often involved extensive research to pinpoint differences, explain them and present them to the client for acceptance.

Telecommunications: Table Control system. Environment: IBM Mainframe, MVS/TSO/ISPF, DB2, COBOL II, FileAid/FileAid For DB2 National Tables is responsible for maintaining all reference tables for the corporation. Responsible for maintenance, enhancements and development. Developer of new processing.

Human Resources System: Environment: IBM Mainframe, MVS/TSO/ISPF, DB2, COBOL II, XPEDITER, FileAid/FileAid for DB2. This is the ISI Human Resources System. Responsible for development, enhancement, and maintenance.

- Private Line Circuit Inventory System and IT/Management control System. Environment: IBM mainframe and PC, DB2, COBOL II, CICS. The project involved development of a mainframe system to manage the inventory of Private Lines (Circuits) and interface with the existing Internal Telecommunications Management Control System on the IBM mainframe. Responsible for Data Modeling. Involved in the development of specifications for the system and the programming effort. - Internal Telecommunications Management Control System. Environment: IBM Mainframe and PC, DB2, COBOL II, VSAM, CICS. The IT/MCS system provides information and control capabilities to manage cost per unit. The system has been in production for several years. Was member of a team responsible for development, enhancements and production support. Contributed extensive expertise with DB2 to the team effort.

- CNAS Support. Environment: IBM Mainframe and HP-3000, DB2, COBOL II, CICS. The DB2/CICS FIMS system on the IBM mainframe was migrated to the CNAS system on the HP-3000. Responsible for all FIMS systems support prior to the migration and for ensuring the migration itself went without mishap. After migration, the users continued to use the FIMS system some reporting purposes. Continued user support for FIMS.

- Customer Billing Service System, and CBSS Commercial Services. Environment: IBM Mainframe, DB2, COBOL II Development with two clients on projects. Worked in the original development of the billing system. Later worked on the Commercial Services end of the CBSS system. Worked on the support team during acceptance testing. Was involved in the effort to improve JOBDOC and maintained the Job Precedence Chart. Worked in the Cash area making changes required by the customer.

Computer Wholesale Distributor: Distribution System (Anderson). Environment: IBM Mainframe, MVS/TSO/ISPF, DB2, COBOL II, CICS, Xpediter, Change Man, Platinum Utilities, FILEAID. The Distribution Control System is a very large system by Arthur Andersen Consulting. Responsible for several enhancements to this system. Responsible for impact analysis and design documents, test plans, coding and testing, turnover, and monitoring the processes the first time run. Held meetings for design consensus and implementation. Worked closely with DBA’s on performance issues.
