Project Administrative Assistant

Provide office support to all Project Engineers & Superintendents.

Process all Inspection Requests and submit to Inspectors Office for processing, and update

HBE’s Inspection Request Log.

Distribute approved Architectural Field Order Drawings that include Revisions to the Original Job Drawings to the Owners Representative, and Inspectors Office. Copy into appropriate AFO Folders on the shared drive.

Update HBE’s Drawing Log with the current approved revisions.
