OBJECTIVE:

EXPERIENCE:

Working as a “SHIFT INCHARGE” with “BSPL” at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi from Jan 2015 to Till Date.

It includes 33KV, 11KV, 440V, 220V power distribution, Metering, In house projects, Operation, maintenance and testing of power panel, ACBs, VCBs, Transformers(oil fill and dry), Diesel Generator (HT and LT), Motors and all other equipment’s present at Airport.

PREVIOUS EXPIRIENCE:

Worked with BSPL at DELHI METRO RAIL COORPORATION (AIRPORT EXPRESS LINE) from Oct 2013 to Dec 2014.

Worked with HERO MOTORS PVT. LTD at DADRI Plant.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Check all the maintenance section of substation/ plant, which is related to power distribution and production.

Preparation of preventive maintenance schedule.

Preparation of monthly maintenance report, incident report, BOM, walkthrough activity (including energy saving initiatives).

Maintaining Daily maintenance report, Daily power consumption report, DG log book, UPS log book.

Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines through daily, weekly, monthly and yearly servicing.

Installation of multifunction (MF) meter, trivector meter, CT, Capacitor bank and all other electrical and electronics equipment.

Maintenance of all electrical and electronics instrument.

Maintenance of Transformer (5MVA), DG (1650KVA), Motor, Batteries, UPS (160KVA) etc.

Testing of transformer which includes IR test, BDV test, TTR test, MBT test etc.

Testing of DG, motor, Circuit Breakers.

Performing of dehydration process of transformer oil when required.

Conduct periodic quality checks and implement the quality check sheets.

Troubleshoots electrical problems to determine their cause and recommends options for eliminating such problems.

Implementing 5S and kaizen activities and make sure of zero percent accident on site.

Elementary knowledge of operation and maintenance of:

HVAC system

Firefighting system

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Valid CERTIFICATE OF COMPETENCY OF ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR issued by Government of HARYANA.

B.TECH in ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING with first division from MAHARSHI DAYANAND UNIVERSITY, HARYANA.
