I trained with and worked in the Rainbow Room International as part of a busy and hardworking team of fantastic hairdressers. I love hair dressing as it is a inspiring job and I also love making feel and look amazing. Once I qualified in 2014 I worked with company in there academy for six months then transfered back to my salon where I did further models. when I left I moved to Australia in april of 2015 where I took some time out and done au pair work till july 2015 and on a saturday I helped out in a salon part time to see what hairdressing was like and just to keep my foot in the door.I curently work I mosko as hair stylist. when I was in school I took part in two different types of work experience. The first one was in third year working for a company called “Nicol Boilers”; there I worked as part of the administration team for a week. The second one was in “St.Patrick’s” nursery school where I worked as part of the teaching team. They both gave me team work experience and a taste of working life.

I am a self motivated individual who relates well to trying new things and taking part in them.I had a part time job while at school working in the rainforest adventure play area working with children helping them if they needed it .

Hairdressing assistant - Working along side stylists helping with a veriaty of hairdressing tequniques getting to help stylist take them over from whatever they have been doing e.g highlights tints colour change blowdrys hair ups and treatments getting to watch cutting tequniques while stylists are cutting also getting to watch the amazing work my boss does for her british hair dressing awards was so insprational to a junior like myself . I also watch the reception desk on many occasions where I take over from recptionist talking bills greatting clients answering calls booking clients in to the system. Aswell as the four days I worked in the salon for over a year and a half I attend the rainbow room academy once a week where I am taught theory and taught visually on a sally head or clients, Taught communication with clients I learned is a quality you need I learned things like how to understand what clients wants studying there face shape and what they would suit giving your opinion on what you think while carefully listening to what the clients wants and needs are. I have gained team work experience from this as I have done a photo shoot, I also helped at a ladies day and watched and helped my boss on a photo shoot for clothig brand Quiz. Once i qualified the rainbow room make you do two exams which I passed and then I went to there training academy where I spent 6 months working as stylist and doing further training coarses, I then done another test before going back to the salon I uddingston where they get you to do free models for a while

Au pair work-Australia

I worked as an aupair from May 2015 till June 2015 where I looked after and cared for A little girl Charlote at age of 5years I helped with home work made dinner tidyied up pplayed took and picked her up from school and stayed with her 2 night a week and loved every moment of it till my papa got ill and I had to leave to come home.
