Experience:-: Since April 10, 2012, I am working with 'LINDE India Ltd. A member of the Linde group(Formerly BOC India ltd) a MNC and ISO 9000, 14000 and 18000 certified as ‘Engineering Officer’ in Process Operations on DCS of 330 TPD, 110 TPD Liquid Plant (Air separation unit – Cryogenic Process, Argon Purification Plant, Hydrogen electrolysis plant, VPSA plant, MINI GAN plant.

Job responsibility:-

Running the plant in shifts and maintaining & monitoring the plant parameters on continuous basis. It includes start - up and shut down, Operations, Safety and Maintenance. On- line maintenance, trouble shooting, condition monitoring and process monitoring and optimization, on DCS with quality norms by taking proper HSE precautions. Take charge as a site controller as shift in-charge (after office hours).

Involved in the many commissioning of ASU plant’s.

Achieved the agreed production or safety targets by management. Also achieved individual targets KPI. Ensuring effective Water Treatment program and maintain the desired water quality. The Water Treatment KPIs to maintain the coolers approach.

Prepare the daily MIS and other monthly reports (Process safety, ASU engineering, Plant engineering, Safety MOM etc), or SAP production planning module, confirmation in SAP on the basis of production.

Making EMOC (Engineering management of change) considering HAZOP’s, risk assessments etc for process modification and optimization.

Working and timely completion of GAP saving, Customer focus and Process optimization Six Sigma projects within the planned cost by raising the Capex and co-coordinating with vendors or officials within the company.

PTW-Issue and accept the Permit to work before any job. Include risk assessment and methods to complete work safely.

Co-ordinates with the maintenance team to ensure no unscheduled breakdown through condition monitoring, RCA for every plant trip and compliance of Audit points with the Reliability team.

Shift and manpower (workers) management at site.

Maintain the Pollution Control Board norms.

Work with team to sustaining the ISO (9001, 14001, 18001) certification, documents by carrying out the required actions as per standard area.

Establishing, implement and maintain the IMSS & Traccess to for best operating practices by customizing group systems and standards to the plant.

Implementing innovative measures to reduce operational costs and enhance productivity.

Material balance over process, energy balance & efficiency calculation of heat exchangers.

Logging every minor and major incident in system (Synergi) and then do investigation of all and take corrective or preventive action to avoid in future.

Done daily toolbox talk and monthly safety meeting with worker and aware all the safe work system.

Maintain the all site document in GDMS (Global document management system).

Since July 2010 to April 2012 in Goyal MG Gases Pvt Ltd as Process Engineer.

110TPD ASU DCS (Liquid Argon, oxygen, Nitrogen) working from September 2011 to March 2012, Ghaziabad as a Process engineer engineer.

110TPD ASU DCS (Liquid and gas) working from December 2010 to august 2011.

70TPD ASU PLC manual (Oxygen, Nitrogen) working 5 month from July 2010 to November 2010 as a Trainee engineer. in C/o Jayaswal NECO industries ltd. Raipur (Chhattisgarh) as a Trainee Engineer.
