Created Visual Manufacturing Procedures for all the machinery and assembly processes by working with quality, manufacturing and safety departments to increase the process efficiency in mirror department.

Performed time study of operations and created standards log for benchmarking processes in mirror department to help create performance metrics and reported progress to the supervisor.

Helped in implementing lean manufacturing process to increase the production efficiency.
