Managed licensing relations with titles such as Nickelodeon, Jim Davis Studios (Garfield), Thomas Kinkade, Peanuts and others. Partnered with Finance to develop inventory and on-demand manufacturing strategy.

• Manage an internal budget of $3 million and an external spend of $8 million.
