Provided ongoing consultation and subject-matter expertise to HR Business Partners, Managers, and employees regarding benefits matters, including Group Benefits, ESOP, WorkPerks, EAP etc.
Verified the calculation of the monthly premium statements for all group insurance policies; ensured timely payment of premiums; and maintained statistical data relative to premiums, claims, and costs

PROJECT 1 – Benefits Online Tool
Worked on a project introducing the Benefits Enrolment Online System (self-serve for employees)
This project included the following responsibilities:
Participating in all the meetings and discussions with the vendor
Creating case summaries and Benefits Plan Summaries
Reviewing the processes and provide feedback
Investigating and researching on various current documented processes and alignments
PROJECT 2 – Fitness Facilities
Responsibilities Included:
Based on all the Coca-Cola Refreshments, created a workbook on all the Fitness facilities available within 15km radius, along with the information on facility’s website, address and contact number
Contacted the account manager of each fitness facility and reviewed the group discount package while ensuring the facility meets Coca-Cola Refreshments requirements.
Reviewed the group discount packages and contracts received from the Fitness Facility
Created a communication to advise and inform all the employees of the various Fitness facilities and their discounts
PROJECT 3 – Wellness
Reviewed the contract with a new Wellness vendor – Provided feedback on the online tool and participated in comparing the cost and benefits of the program in order to make a decision
PROJECT 4 – RE-INGINEERING PROCESSES - Reviewed, updated and created benefits and SAP process documentation
