• 9+ years work experience in mechanical design, including 3D CAD modeling and 2D drawings; Broad knowledge in engineering materials (plastics and metal) and manufacturing processes (injection molding, sheet metal, casting, forging, machining, welding, coating, texture, etc)

Wartsila is the world 2nd largest manufacturer of diesel engines for ships. My duties include:

• Lead the 8 team members to conduct the product design of 2-stroke diesel engines, including 3D models and 2D drawings creating; help them to solve all problems they have in their daily work;

• Give technical support to the manufacturing team;

• Report to superior for the team’s performance. Visit supplier to discuss all technical issues.

Design Engineer, Wartsila China, 05/2011 – 03/2013 (Location: Shanghai)

• Participate in the design of Wartsila A16 engine. Design the piping for 4-stroke engines.

Mechanical Engineer, Mahindra Satyam China, 03/2006 – 05/2011 (Location: Shanghai)

The company is GE’s outsourcing company, and my responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with the electrical team and develop the structure of a PDA prototype in ProE;

• Participate in the design of GE’s global air circuit breaker, and give support in the pilot run;

• Design more than 6 household burners for the company of Char-broil in ProE;

• Technically lead the GE’s busway Korea localization project.
