6/13-6/15 Customer Logistics Manager/Night Operations

As Customer Logistic Manager Night Operations at the Greenpac, Norampac Mills, it was my responsibility to make sure both mills were fed raw materials and execute the load plan developed by the day shift load planners. This included my local fleet of thirty drivers, ten drivers from our Binghamton, New York relay operation, and numerous outside carriers of which I dispatched during the night. This was done primarily with trucks, but also rail shipments. I am proficient using the Green Eye electronic manifest system with cross border shipments both ways involving USA and Canada. Other responsibilities included supervision of yard men and guards at the facility. Effective communication was key to deliver the end product to customers, while adhering to all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
