Civil Site Engineer cum Quantity surveyor

Roles & Responsibilities:

To compute the materials required for the overall project BOQ preparation for civil work

Proper management of materials and workmanship

Ensuring that all work is done without wastage of materials. Preparing running account bills

Site inspection for civil constructions work and ensure that the work is as per the project specifications and issued for construction drawing/final approved drawing from authorities Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards . Coordinate with subcontractors for smooth flow of work. Inspecting and testing materials prior to their use at site as per sample approved by the consultant and ensuring removal of rejected material out from site.

Monitoring daily progress of site.

Preparing weekly and monthly progress report to be submitted to the project director. Making productive report and analyz ing.

1) Project Name - Fresh Water Avaibilty at Srinivas Intergrated Campus Project Duration- 3 Months Estimated Cost- 6 Lakhs INR

Description- Srinivas Intergrated Capmus is located at Mukka, northern region of Mangaluru,Karnataka. The Mukka region is a costal area, where there is a scarcity of fresh water. The college management had to spent millions for the fresh water in the campus. Under the leadership of mine, we have proposed the sites for the fresh water using Vertical Electric Sounding theory found the fresh water srouces and dug a well of 5m depth and 10m diameter. 2) Project Name - New Tank Project

Description- Proposed a new tank with a water supply lane in a village at Mukka, Mangaluru. 3) Project Name - Highway Project

Description - Proppsed a highway widening path after levelling and estimation at Mukka,Mangaluru. ACHIVEMENTS
