Conduct constructability reviews during design phase; report any potential issues to project design team.
Periodic walk troughs of project with contractors to review and resolve construction issues, provide any information required to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Record all field changes on a record set of drawings during construction for development of “As-Built Drawings”.
Track cost expenditures form change orders against contingency project allowances.
Review monthly payment request against actual construction completion to date, approve and recommend payment.
Review and approve shop drawings and submittals for compliance with construction documents.
Review and respond to RFI’s from contractors.
Document daily project status in reports.
Conduct various inspections as necessary, pre-construction, phase completions, punch lists, final occupancy and one year warranty.
Meet with local, state code officials as required
