In Technical roles while working at GM & Tier-1 Supplier Automotive manufacture’s, I have maintained inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, tracked work orders, analyzed data, prepared reports. I have a good working knowledge of manufacturing systems relating to Fanuc, Motoman and ABB Robots, Vision systems, Atlas Copco Torque tooling, sequencing systems and test equipment. I have a working knowledge of PLC/SRC/RS LOGIX, Ladder Logic related to CNC Machining and manual lathe & milling operations.

I have experience with process improvements, corrective and preventive maintenance having troubleshot & replaced sensors, relays, solenoids, limit switches, pumps, valves, factory pneumatic and hydraulic systems. I have interpreted schematic diagrams, blueprints, logic and wiring charts, switching networks, cabling installations, conveyor systems, ergonomic transfer devices, along with logic circuit board component level installation, redesign and repair. I have resolved unusual and difficult problems relating to product development, integrated logic, system communications/ Devicenet, electrical motor and conveyor failures.

I was required to analyze SPC data, utilize CMM testing assets, and participate in 8D root cause analysis and team problem solving activities. I have prepared Failure Mode Effect Analyses (FMEA), Process Flow Diagrams and Process Control Plans for assigned programs and revised the documents when changes were required. I was actively involved in reviewing dimensional checks, capability studies, Gauge R&R studies, and audits as needed to support customer concerns ensuring APQP and PPAP requirements were met. I have reviewed fixture designs to ensure that all Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD &T), Significant Characteristics (SC), and Key Product Characteristics (KPC) were per customer requirements.
