Assigned to $8M-budgeted project, managing 20 consultants and business users, for implementation of Aptar-designed and -built “SAP Global Template” for all core business functions at the plant level (MM, PP (PPDP), WM, QM, ALM, SD, HCM, CRM, APO, MDM, TM, ILE, IM and FICO modules). Implemented sites located in Mukwonago, WI, Libertyville, IL, Cary, IL, McHenry, IL, and Stratford, CT. Managed day-to-day work activities, work planning, and status reporting, in ILE; coordinated with End User Readiness effort and with other Strategic Programs underway across Aptar Group IS Plan/Business Deployment Plan.

Liaised between the ILE Functional Team and the business owners and users, ensured the integration points between other SAP modules were enforced and decisions documented and carried out. Analyzed and wrote RFCs (Requests For Change) for developments to be implemented within the global template for North American activities. Client: Federal Mogul – Lake City, MN

Implementing a Federal-Mogul designed and built “SAP Global Template” for all core business functions at the plant level (MM, PP, SD, and FICO modules). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Day to Day management of work activities, work planning & status reporting, SME in MM PP (PPDP) WM & SD, coordination with End User Readiness effort (managed by Federal Mogul), and coordination with other Strategic Programs underway across Federal Mogul IS. Also, engaged in change management for the project, this involved training of employees which also included RF scanner setup and training of employees the use and function of the scanners and system features. This was I key issue in assuring the timely implementation of the project.

Lake City’s plant has 2 different business entities: Federal-Mogul, which produces pistons and liners. FTL - a Joint Venture with/TPR, which produces liners for OE automotive market

New SAP implementation for ThyssenKrupp Stainless Steel which was building a new plant in Calvert, Alabama.

Traveled between the United States and Germany for this position, working on the Material Master Data for the SAP implementation in the United States.

Tetra Pak Inc. Material Management/MM/SAP Trainer June 2001 to May 2007

Client: Tetra Pak Inc. – Vernon Hills, Illinois

I was part of the SAP Implementation Team and Master Data Management team for North America, Canada and Mexico.

Responsible for the Implementation Team included Team Leader, Training of SAP and Implementation to different divisions within Tetra Pak.

Responsibilities included receiving technical inbound calls, faxes, and e-mails from client base across the United States and Canada, making outbound calls, building quotes, costs and invoicing for the client base.

Seven years of experience using SAP at Tetra Pak Inc and was considered a “Super User” (had access to all the SAP codes).

Involved with working in the parts department (Processing Division). This included ordering parts, tracking orders, invoicing, credits, returns, and working with the warehouse to maintain inventory and safety stock from Sweden and our outside vendors for the United States and Canada.

Set up parts using MPG codes and HTS codes for importing and exporting parts from all over the world.
