• Develop company policies as needed and corporate contracting strategy, (such as insurance requirements for vendors and suppliers, electronic disposal, expense reporting, scholarships and donations, travel, cell phones and blackberries, social media at work, file retention) and interprets policies for management.

• Develop standard terms and conditions for the Company’s use in the domestic and international sales of goods, services and rental equipment.

• Schedule, conduct and facilitate meetings and provide agenda and minutes to the participants.

• Developed data screens to store all contract related data into the Customer Resource Management software.

• Under my direction, the Texas Professional Home Child Care Association became a tax exempt 503(c)3 organization, maintained an enrollment of over 1,000 members, received multiple grants from the Hudson Foundation and other corporate sponsors for training events conducted throughout the state. In addition, I developed the V.I.P. News, the quarterly training newsletter that provides child care workers training in every issue.
