Manage all phases of the production operations overseeing a diverse work group of fifty + employees. Perform production planning and scheduling, staffing scheduling, payroll processing, administer the plant safety program, and other activities as directed by the plant manager. Serve as acting plant manager during his absences.

Worked as a machine operator in the Thermal Extrusion department operating Vertical and Horizontal thermal presses and cable winding machines. Left to join Global Tissue Group as a Production Supervisor.
