Manage, in conjunction with the Director of Total Rewards, the overall compensation strategy and policies, including integrating a number of pay and incentive programs and ensuring the appropriate level of competitiveness to support the talent attraction and retention strategies.
Manage the design and administration of the variable pay programs including sales incentive plans, bonus programs, long-term incentive programs and other plans that support the Total Rewards strategy.
Manage the centralized compensation programs, including salary structures and recognition programs, including the communication initiatives associated with these programs.
Manage and report on the analytics associated with the compensation programs with regards to internal requirements and participate with external sources/resources in order to ensure access to current competitive data.
