WORK EXPERIENCE

Preformer

Teleflex Medical - Jaffery NH - December 2015 to Present I am a certified preformer. I use PTFE that I select from a drum and with the appropriate machine i compress the PTFE and turn it into a preform. I then log into a computer and create labels for every tube of preforms and then put each label on assigned tube. After that I log into the computer again and record the data for data entry and record keeping. I then take assigned preforms in their tubes and hand them off to the extrusioners. When the day is over we preformers put our assigned PTFE drums back in their correct locations and clean up the work areas and machines.

Accomplsihments: I have brought a lot of positive energy to the work place and actually got a lot of my coworkers to instead of hating and disrespecting each other,got them to start helping and showing them the correct way to handle negative situations

Pre-Test Assembler

FUJIFILM Dimatix - Lebanon, NH - June 2015 to December 2015 I assembled SG-1024 Printheads. I was one of the main forms of the production line. I read build tickets and followed documentation according to the design and also inspected each one to make sure they were up to documentation. I then put the data in a computer for data entry and covered and cased the print head. I then ran the print head through Co2 cleaning,which was then handed off to for final testing. Accomplishments:

I helped set the record for most print heads assembled and tested that was set by the production floor supervisor and then proceeded to break the same record the next week. I was also offered fulltime 3 times but turned them down due to needing to relocate closer to home.I also have certifications in Production floor area, Co2 cleaning and Sg-1024 Pre-test Assembly.

I also helped change the way people looked at things and actually got a few of my fellow coworkers to stop coming in sweat pants and old shirts (slum basically) and got them to come to work dressed more professionally.

Market Basket - Claremont, NH - May 2010 to May 2015 I stocked shelves and dealt with customer needs while maintaining inventory while breaking down and sorted pallets. When I was working receiving I did data entry, maintained/ supervised warehousing of the store such as checked vendors and their invoices in. Inspected pallets and trucks to make sure product was on the correct delivery. Discounted and also managed any damaged items and dealt with any warehouse management problems including dealing with headquarters itself. This was the highest position you could get working part time.

Maintained and supervised over 4 job sites and promoted and kept a friendly atmosphere between the company and work clients.

Accomplishments: i promoted a lot of positive feed back between our clients and also helped get Newport health center and New London hospital as part of our business work places due to how well my crew and i did. EDUCATION

I got a 100 in a class dealing with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint. I also was part of the restaurant set up that was runned by the culinary students where we were in charge of wait staffing, serving and general overall management between the wait staff and the kitchen. I also took a class in regards to creating and building your own restaurant that dealt with the aspects of owning and running your own or any business.
