• NCR & Customer Complaint during Handling, Storage, Baking & Packing - Material - ZERO NCR & ZERO Customer Complaint.

• All material shall be checked by store for the physical during transportation at the time of receipt.

• IMR (Incoming Material Record) preparation by Store Officer.

• IMR approval co-ordination with safety officer, QC officer & Welding Material Monitor Cell.

• Accepted IMR copy shall be kept separately in store.

• Co-ordinate with fabrication Contractor and ensure that Nozzle protecting covers availability as per requirement.

• Approved electrode batches shall be shifted to allotted location in store.

• If any type of damage electrode found during inspection, Store officer shall inform to WMMC.
