Developed and supported TOC, Lean Six Sigma program designs for 12 airfields operations and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facilities to support rigorous helicopter flight schedules. Developed critical chain project management - TOC /Lean designs focused on improving aircraft repair and overhaul efficiencies helped achieve 32% reduction in CH-47 turnaround time, 52% reduction in UH-60 turnaround time.
