Marketing Manager

Responsible for strategic and creative marketing of Modern Medical brand which included: budget development, digital content strategy and calendar, HTML campaigns, direct mail campaigns, printed collateral, video production, website development and maintenance, tradeshow strategies, product launches, RFP responses, internal communications and employee engagement campaigns.

Key member of new product development team. New product developments included: Opioid Defense Manager, an opioid drug management program for injured workers. This program was highly identifiable within the industry and generated $275,000 annually in its first 2 years.

Created employee engagement programs including: desk-top collateral, building signs, and employee events. Developed corporate newsletter to increase employee engagement and build morale.
