4. Condensate fractionation and Furnaces.( Sour Gas Compressor) 5. Gas Turbines Booster Compressors (Nuovo pignone). And ERG, (Ethane Rich Gas) Compressor

6. Water treatment facility.

7. Sulphur recovery Unit (Claus Reactors).

8. Fuel Gas System, Flare system and Gas/ Liquid pipeline pigging operation. 9. Boilers and AGEU (Acid Gas Enrichment Unit)

10. Gas compression & distribution facility.

11. Fire Water System and Demint Water Plant

JOB TITLE : FIELD & CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR (01st,February, 2002 to June, 05, 2011)

Main Job Functions :

Experience in plant start-up, normal operation and shut down maintenance.

Receiving preparation of ex Refinery Balongan & Hear cut Terminal Transit.

Preparing interface product ( Pertamax Plus & Gasoline flushing ) from Refinery

Measure receiving from Plant and Tanker by checking temperature, density,

And submitted to laboratory for two hour to know flash point and quality

Prepare suction and discharge line back loading pump as well as tanks for operating

Switch on and switch off the gas turbines at Console room and record to journal data base

Report to log book operation gas turbine, new suction pump, Main Booster Pump, and back loading pump than update into data base.

Monitor pumping activity receiving from discharge, back loading Tanker and Record log book and updated into data base

Report figure metering to Plumpang, Cikampek Depot as well as tanker Loading and unloading

Tank dipping for open or closing loading pipe line from ex terminal and to Cikampek and Plumpang Depot.

Prepare pump and open discharge and suction valve in the tanker that to be inter tank

Shut down the pump in the tank if the tank is full in accordance with the save Capacity

Standby for the Inter loch should have every over product and waiting for the Instruction from control room supervise for open and shut off the pumping line

Monitor activity Tanker Discharge and loading in shore tank.

To maintenance equipments and Tank Gauge including stock Tank.

Start up, shut down and normal operation activities.

Trouble shooting TAS&HMI and Responsible for equipment and tool used for work performance, material proceeding according to specification

Implement, review and develop SOP and Corrective action for TAS Operation

Support foreman for co-ordinates work schedules and activities with Process, Maintenance and Support staff.

To establish and maintain the TAS area in good and safe operating condition to meet the standard specification.

Provide an effective command the process and related department during plant emergency.

Conduct safety and housekeeping inspections in daily.

Knowledge of Hazard Analysis & Risk Assessment (HIRA)
