Directly responsible to the seamless and orderly mobilization and demobilization of all projects.

Supervise all Leadsmen/Installers who work on a project on its day to day activities including project updates.

Supervise movement of all materials and components needed for projects with coordination of the material coordinator/s and purchasing staff/s.

Handles site survey, meeting with client. Prepare a BOM (Bill of materials) and provide design base on the given floor plan or single diagram given by client.

Directly responsive on the accurateness of all the DTR (daily time record) of all project staff from installers, electricians including assigned project lead men and foremen.

Assist the sales staff who closed the project in terms of project meeting with the customer and/or customer’s representative and other coordination needed.

Monitor project daily to ensure project compliance with the best industry practices on roughing ins, cable pulling, termination, labeling, routing and other matters relating to the smooth completion of the project.

Monitor and assist in developing turnover documents to be spearheaded by Project Engineer and Auto-Cad staff in close coordination leadsman handling the project.

Coordinate with Engineering Coordinator, Warehousing Personnel and purchasing group for material traffic and use of delivery van for material and tools needed for each project.

Report directly to Project Engineer Supervisors for all matters relating to project monitoring and implementation.

Handle other assignment or duties and responsibilities that may be given by the management from time to time.
