Pioneered the PTC Real-Time Metrix and Notification System on desktops and mobile devices using Agile Methodology. Alerted managers on high dollar transaction errors, data/schedules and processes within the facility. This system is being replicated to other facilities to share data, schedules and resources. Data was collected from multiple ERP systems for management decision making.

2014

Project managed and implemented the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) installs at 8 sites across the USA by the end of Q2, 2014.

Replaced a 13 year old QIS server and upgraded QIS in order to utilize the new features.

Replaced a 15+ year old Wonderware server and upgraded to ArchestrA.

2013

Project managed and provided go-live hands-on training support for the Painesville, Ohio and 2 Canadian sites (Toronto and Montreal) with the new MES Shop Floor Finishing System.

2012

Project Manager for FasTrack. - The new Coating production applications system.

Core team member to design, configure and implement the new production system (MES) for 11 remote sites.

2011

Managed, supported and travelled to Greenfield, and Fort Wayne, IN for the production application install.

Lead the team into resolving a $120k Monarch print head issue. Found root cause, created the SOP and distributed the document to other Avery Dennison plants and distribution centers.

2010

Participated in Kaizen to resolve production bottlenecks.

Pioneered the “Helpdesk Cheat sheet” to help resolve language barrier with the helpdesk and operators. The system was later deployed at a global level.
