Provide a collaboration solution that simplifies the above process, by enabling the environmental engineers (for all 150 sites) to input financial information into a system to avoid the duplicate entry when financial analysts perform their quarterly adjustment and reporting process.

Leave/Approve forms are developed by InfoPath 2010. Managers are able to view their employee leave history and required reports in a Manager Dashboard. Employee also has a Dashboard page to see his/her details in clear picture. Approval/Rejection process has been handled by SharePoint Designer Workflow.

Also, new to the site is the ability to customize a section on the page with five links of your choosing. We’ve made the world clock visible on the home page for key Ford cities and added a visible navigation footnote panel. The Stock Ticker has been enhanced as well as the A-Z section with the addition of a search that will only return results from the A-Z section. The site is much more globally representative and allows some sections to display regional specific content.
