Responsible for the analysis, design, development and implementation of the primary eCommerce web application for Recorded Books, LLC. The site created completely interactive experience for consumers and allowed them to see their order history and alerted them to the contents of their subscriptions.

Led effort in an ASP.net MVC environment in C# with SQL database valued at approximately $10 million. The site is part of a system that interacts with an internal ERP system where the data resides.

Led a team of 8 members on and off site. Reported to the Chief Technology Officer.

Led the development and deployment of a web based portal that supports the business processes and informational needs of the joint warfighting community with searchable cross-indexed relational databases for doctrine, tasks, and distributed learning content using JAVA, C++, and Oracle databases.

Oversaw the design and rollout of a content management system leveraging the web based portal infrastructure, and deployment onto the military classified and unclassified networks in the Pentagon. Solution was recognized for reducing travel costs while expediting the approval of Joint Doctrine manual by 50%.

Managed the disaster recovery planning and incorporation into product release.

Managed the development and integration of content management system into the web based portal infrastructure, a centralized system of records for observations, lessons learned, and after-action reports.

Directed the build out of 60 online training courses, 30 podcasts, and 16 eBooks for the web-based portal.
