JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Spanish Analyst will collaborate with other analyst in the community and across the company, to provide developmentally appropriate and effective skills for the customers. In addition, the SA will have the proven ability, or the potential, to provide excellent average results. He will be able to actively participate in the ongoing success of this department team, which has both a strong working ethic coupled with a deep commitment to enhancing the colleages experience. OBJECTIVE:

To obtain a position as a Spanish Analyst in which a strong dedication to the total development of company project and a high degree of enthusiasm can be fully utilized. My goal is to contribute to this momentous working project, to infuse my fresh and innovative ideas to support the future prosperity of the company community.

PROFILE / SKILLS:

Required Skills: Understanding and appreciation of competency-based practitioner model. Fluent with performance based measurement practices and procedures. Proficient use of educational technological platforms and common office software packages. Able to communicate in writing at a high level. Expertise in one or more fields covered by the competencies required in company programs.

Essential functions and responsabilities: Coordinate efforts to complete all scoring in assigned area accurately. Actively participate in training and informational meetings held by the Evaluation Department. Maintaining appropriate documentation of all appropiate transactions. Maintaining regular communication with customers according to protocol. Communicate and interact with all personnel in a professional manner. Satisfactorily perform other duties as assigned.
