JOB PROFILE :

Career experience in Nuclear power projects, Thermal power projects, Chemical plants, Conveyors, Gas & oil refinery plants in India & Abroad.

Preparation of Project EHS manual and other programs, Organizing Safety orientation and security access pass for new arrivals. Conducting regular medical checkup and providing PPE for all project personnel. Organizing daily exercises and Tool box meetings. Regular site inspections and immediate corrective actions. Maintain good Housekeeping and fire prevention. Review of job related method statements and risk assessments. Ensuring high level opening with hard barricades. Educate and train unskilled labours thru simple workshop programs. Regular training program for project supervisor’s and engineers. Preparation of site evacuation plan accordingly to the site condition. Coordinating with work permits and ensuring joint site inspection before start work. Organizing site EHS Committee and send the feedback to HO for review. Display of sign boards and fire fighting equipments. Ensuring all heavy equipments is safe to operate with third party inspection certificates. Emphasizing the importance of temporary electrical inspection program. Implementation Industrial safety standards, OSHA and building and other construction workers act at site. Ensure Method statement and risk assessments. Hazards monitoring in high rise structures.

Maintain well environmental atmosphere at job site and COSSH Systems. Report all EHS related deficiency to the line management. Investigate all incidents, near miss and preventive measures.

Conducting mock drills and awareness programs. Maintain EHS records and submission of all reports to client and top managements. Coordinating EHS audits with third party for company evaluation. .Organizing monthly Safety Awareness Award Programs. Regular camp inspection and staff welfare activities.
