Duties included: to perform telephone communications for the nursing unit, transcribe doctor’s orders in computer, ordering labs and tests. Print and file lab, vitals signs, and Intake and Output records. Schedule all outpatient procedures, arrange ambulance transportation. Maintain monthly refrigerator logs, maintain up to date death logbook. Compile new patient charts and maintain current patient charts.
