I prepare monthly Board of director’s reports along with security reports,and I did payroll for staff. I over see out side vendors, contractors and inspect every renovation and remodeling job that is done in residents apartments. I hold weekly safety meetings with staff and send them to attend OSHA classes for all types of training. I also train staff to be fire dept. ready to pass exams on boiler, standpipe, fire guard certifications .I also train staff members in certain maintenance classes in plumbing, boilers, roofing and welding.
