Supported and served as a leader for Atlanta’s various market hotels which have included but not limited to: Atlanta Marriott Marquis, JW Marriott, Midtown Suites and Renaissance Midtown Atlanta.

Played a key role in ensuring the successful launch of Atlanta Market. Structured and implemented programs and policies in the areas of training, compensation structures, benefits packages, incentives and new-employee orientation.
